Ordered mine on 27th arrived 2 days later. Not fitted yet though Just 'cos your paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get you!

I just followed the instructions that were sent to me by the OP and I had several responses from Andrew within a short period of time ?
I was the last one on the list too ?
Did you pay by paypal or bank transfer ? Only dead fish go with the Flow !

I paid paypal also sent him mail to confirm ? will give it another couple days will contact paypal then dont think i will get anywhere because you are asked to send as a gift

I sent it directly through to his bank, then e mailed my details to him as requested.
Expected some sort of confirmation of order but rob said they were very busy and they would get back at some point.
As mentioned above I will give them a bell on Monday. Procrastination is the thief of time!!

Nothing negative or annoyed on my part , I'm just confused as to others paying then a few days later receiving theirs, as I thought as and when the required number had been confirmed / paid for, then production and delivery would commence.

I'm sure it's just a mix up, I found the service to be top notch. I received an email straight back from my confirmation of payment, a personalised one, with a dispatch reference, just automated and as I say the item arrived a couple of days later, as promised. I'm sure a call will clear it up Just 'cos your paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get you!

I spoke to Andrew this morning, he apologised for the mis communication and said he would get the 2 x decats out asap.
Also as others have mentioned, he asks anyone with any issues or queries to please contact him straight away to resolve them.
He works hard to keep customers happy and in no way wants any negative feedback relating to deliveries or products.

Same old story - it's not the problem that matters but the way it's dealt with - sound like as soon as Andrew is aware of an issue he resolves it
