I thought of that but that would be where his FBH is. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

@ caverD3: Yep, the FBH is in the way - and I wouldn't like to takt this one out
I tried to contact Tim from Traxide quite a few times (although assuming that it's not exactly cost-effective to haul that stuff from Australia to Europe) but so far to no avail. But I think I'll manage somehow - you guys are a huge help!

Didn't even think of that, as our Aussie spec'ed D4s don't have FBH, even as an option.

I cleared the aux battery tray, after looking into other options thought it was the easiest.
Had Traxide system and had fitted before to Sport so knew what to expect and was quite easy, even with clearing the tray
Main thing that made me go for that option was reading up on it the traxide system needs to be pretty close to main battery, or there could be problems with loss of power over the the greater distance involved in putting it the rear
Not sure if this an issue with other dual battery charging setups.
Could always remove the FBH, fit extra tray, not much good anyway D4 Landmark MY16 Santorini Black THE LAST
