I have my fingers crossed my Wranglers last.
All reports on the web forums I have found for the GG ATs have been positive so I am hoping the 255 60 18s will be as good.
27K on mine and not looking good, legal but nothing for off road. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

No!
They were meant to be on this next container but looks like they arn't.
That means two more months.
I can't wait that long. Got another flat and it is irrepairable have been told the Wranglers are out of stock as well.

Please keep an eye on our web site for further updates.
I am in the same boat as you and the D3 will now not see dirt until a suitable replacement arrives and me brace just broke

Only hard top for me, I'll try to get a second hand one in the mean time. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

Ok guys, so i'm in the same boat, Wranglers are on their last legs, 37K I guess it's pretty good, would like a replacement that will give a bit more milage.
So what are the options for 18" wheels, or more the point what do we not buy!
I have no big off-road plans for most of the year so Wrangler would do the job.
But certainly don't think I can wait 2 months. D4 TDV6 MY13' - 2 weeks away!
RRS S/C MY10' - muchly loved and just gone
D3 TDV6 SE MY06' - loved and gone

I'm currently running Cooper HT+ 265/60R18's for my road tyres. They are 90/10 on/off so essentially a road tyre that can handle some gravel.
The wear is pretty good, but I'd reckon they don't grip any better or worse than the wranglers. Possibly tougher though. Have a nice day!

Probably anything will cut and chip less than the Wranglers.
I get a pucture almost every time I go past Jenolan. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

Mostly only gravel and some limestone caprock. I don't know about sharp stones, but I would say at this stage that they are more resistant than the wranglers. They also appear to be wearing much better. At the end of the day they're still road biased tyres. Have a nice day!

Hey, I live on the far side of jenolan!
I always found in my series2 Discovery with BFG AT tyres that they would scub severely on their outside with lots of feathering.......perhaps due to the speed I used to go around all those lovely twisty roads on the way to Sydney (My D2 had ACE fitted)
Anyone coming to Mudgee for the Wine, Wheels and Wings festival this Saturday?

Hey Guys long time no contact. I have a set of Nexan Rodian tyres 265/60/R18's and they have been great. i have taken them to the beach, up the mountain, thru the river, down the shale strewn slopes of the townsville mountains and am extremely happy with the results.
Have had them on for 20,000ks and look look like getting another 20,000 or so. Disco 4 Sept 09

If I fitted the cooper 265/60/18 HT+, how well do they fit as a spare underneath the car? 2006 HSE TDV6 Bonatti Grey, ECB bull bar, tropical roof, LG Next G car kit, Tom Tom GPS, UHF, Mitchell Bros tow bar, Kimberley Kamper Limited Edition camper trailer and 23 foot Haines Signature half cabin (Towed separately!)
