Do they come in bits, or fully assembled - how big is the box? Just wondering if one can collect it in a d3 without having to fit it onsite?IE - 05 D3 TDV6 HSE - Zambezi Silver

An assembled rack takes about 5-10 minutes to bolt to the LR rails. It doesn't need the front fixings done to hold it (mine still aren't on). If your rail strips have circular bungs in them (where the mounts go) it will make it very easy to fully fit in minutes.Disco 5 HSE Lux

A bit noisier from 60+ but it just sounds as though it's windy outside. It's nowhere near as noisy as the LR bars. Remember mine has the 4 big lights across the front too.Disco 5 HSE Lux

It's very much quieter with the homemade air dam in place If you look very closly at the front of the rack I self tapped a 1" thick rubber strip on the inside of the rack. The MTR's make the most noise now ....and even they are reasonably quiet.
