I had a really good look at the 16"'s on my mates Wrangler yesterday, they had a small mountain/snowflake symbol on them. But as I said in a post yesterday, I wasn't sure why or how this could be Confused

I can vouch for how strong and good they are on his Wrangler off road though. He had Kumho's before and prefers the Duratrac's both on and off road.

I've always found Goodyear's own description of their tyres to be spot on. If you look at how they rate the Duratrac on wet & dry roads on the bar graph system that they use and read what they have to say, it's obvious what use they're primarily designed for.

They do need to sort out this mountain/snowflake symbol issue, as (IMO) that is misleading.

IMHO - A snowflake is a snowflake - I did ask Andy for a bigger one but he said they cost more so I stayed with the little one. It's still a snowflake after all Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

Maybe it's because we don't exactly have many mountains in England and you get arrested if you drive to the top of Snowdon - a snowflake will therefore suffice Laughing

And if you get your magnifying gasses out you can just make it out on the side

I think it depends on which news feed you're looking at. None of them can make their Censored minds up to be honest ! I'm hoping for the best and preparing for the worst Smile Are you going to the Kent meet tonight Russell?
