After going offroad, I pressure washed the mud off the undercarriage and boots. Now the brakes are squeaking when coming to a stop. Perhaps I shouldn't have done the pressure wash? Hope I didn't do any harm. Is there anything I can do or should I get it to the stealer? I'm not so good at giving advice...may I offer you a sarcastic comment instead?

sounds like a bit of grit or a small stone trapped between the brake pads and the discs, if you're lucky it'll be soft enough not to score the disc, otherwise, try reversing and gently braking to try and loosen it, failing that, get more serious with the jetwash or finally, get the dealer to take the pads out and remove the contamination
