Unnecessary quote removed

Check the intercooler for cracks, that was the reason that I got the P023D. Have a look at this:

You've probably already checked this but... the intercooler hoses can delaminate, which blocks the airflow and would still pass a pressure test. Do you know if that was checked?

Hi Kotovski,i saw you post "TdV6 power loss. Engine system fault with p023d-22".
I have the same problem with my car.
My mechanic already changed a lot of parts and the problem still the same.

Did you find the problem in your vehicle?
At this moment, we are looking for some crack in valve cover because this is a part of the intake system.

Thanks
Felipe

Hi !
It was long story and simple. Problem was in catalytic neutralizator (CAT).
One of official stealers after measurements diagnose it. Thanks to him.
Turbo makes a pressure, but this is higher than defined in matrix with certain position of actuator and revs and other parameters. Due to closed exaust And ecu decide that it is overcharging and drop ecu to the limp mode.
DeCAT is about 100$ on Moscow. To make a fake for a government technical revision they open cat, extract cartridge, put pipe inside and sound canceling and isolation. Close it with splicing machine.

It was another car after this small "cutting" ))
I planned to do it ...... But after finding of the reason of the failure. But .. This was a reason.
Let me post photo of opened Cat little bit later.

Cheers,
Igor

No, sounds like it was a blocked cat causing the issues. A de cat cured the fault Thumbs Up

Oh,

I misread. I had an mr2 turbo once and it was getting over boost issues with a de cat hence my thinking. Not the same of course. Smile

In may case it was this:

This is what i found inside CAT. I don't know why this happens, TDV6 has seldom cat failures. I have used well-known petrol stations. This happend during winter time. We got -27 C degree. Due to the snow and ice and traffic jums i didn't run the car more than 80.

P023D-22 means thet MAP measure pressure higher than expected.

Best regards,
Igor
