19" Pirelli Scorpion Zero and the joke K-fit 25% discou
Went into this well known chain yesterday for a quote for a set of 4 tyres. Big poster outside says 25% off all tyres... They are managing to do this by having a price of £291 a tyre!
Cheaper in my local dealership!
A shame as I had gone there in the past as they used to do a 4 for the price of 3 deal
Any feedback on a good place to find pirellis or a good alternative would be welcome.

All my tyres are OK for the next 5k or so but has anyone managed to find tyres directly (i.e via the internet for a cheaper price) and then asking a garage to fit them ?
Is it even possible to buy the tyres at a better price ?

As for the well known chain, they do a price match promise, if you can find them cheaper at a local supplier (not internet) they will match and skightly better the price, have done it a couple of times and always come out with a good deal but do not let them tell you other things are wrong whilst under yourcar.[/b]MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

I almost always buy my tyres over the tinternet and then get my local garage to fit them. Only get charged £10 per wheel to remove old tyre and dispose, fit new valve,fit tyre and balance Plus i can watch them do it and make sure they dont "near enough" balance them
