I can't believe that your going ahead with this :-0
What's happened to your fingerless mitts that you count all your money in ?
Let me look after the wheel till about April next year, you can borrow my knitted mitts and matching balaclava ?
I can pick up too,
What do you say ?

Got an older type wheel that was a warranty replacement and only used for a couple of months or so. Might be willing to part with it for the right offer.

It's arrived and now installed |

So the new steering wheel arrived this morning and has now been fitted to the car.
What a great look and feel - so much better than the original wheel.
Thanks to Nick aka TLO for a great deal

@teddyflipper can you post a pic of the new wheel.
@TLO hi Nick sorry I couldn't commit to the heated one I just didn't realise the price and it was just over my available money at the time. I've got a 08 G4 so I'm not sure on the clock spring issue and if I need one.
@bodsy do you still have your clock spring and switch?
Obviously I'll be looking at the wheel off of TLO but need to source other parts for less.
Nick was your price for the MY08 onwards or previous if there was a difference.
I may still be interested if I can get the numbers right.
Thanks Ian

It's soooooooo smoooooooooth.
Guess what turned up today.
Nick aka TLO I salute you
Now just remind me about unplugging the air bag. After the car has gone to sleep do you need to disconnect the battery.
Roll on the weekend when I will have time to fit.
Cheers

Just about to start the change over and can't remember the sequence so I don't get a face full of airbag. Do I disconnect the battery before or after the car has gone to sleep.
Cheers
