I will think of something for the early birds
You need to find a permanent live and an ignition live. All available at the back of a glove box where fuse box is
Best regards, Ian

Just checked our pricelist that Pittasoft sent last week.
All the 400HD u it's are version II
They do offer the 380HD
- High quality H.264 video and AAC-LC audio recording - HD(1280x7200) resolution / Max 30fps
- View angle : Diagonal 120° Horizontal 98° Vertical 55° - Built-in G-Sensor, GPS
- Stylish and convenient design
-Package includes ; 8 or 16 GB Micro SD memory card(including BlackVue software), double-sided tape, power cable(cigarette type), cable holders, user manual
This unit is cheaper to buy than the 400 by 30 usd
It's a lower spec image compared to 400 unit below:
- High quality H.264 video and AAC-LC audio recording - FHD(1920x1080) resolution / Max 30fps
- View angle : Diagonal 120° Horizontal 98° Vertical 55° - Built-in G-Sensor, GPS
- Stylish and convenient design
But can get it if there is a demand

Get a piggyback fuse holder and it is very straight forward. Mine is left on all the time One in front one in back) and does not use the power protector, have left it on for four days without starting car and no issues, but if you only use car for short journeys it would be an idea to perhaps get one of the power protectors too MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange
MY15 D4 HSE Kaikoura Stone
MY12 D4 HSE Nara Bronze Sold and gone
MY11 D4 HSE Stornaway Grey Sold and gone
D3 S spec Silver Sold and gone

Are there any further comments/thoughts about the visibility of these when left in the car unattended? Someone mentioned that being grey they are more visible then than the black ones.
Is it an issue or am I being over cautious?
I'm seriously tempted to get one.
Thanks
Simon

I have had mine in the car for months no issues. The red or blue light in park mode is more noticeable than the silver

Just ordered 2 units along with 2 power control units for our 2 cars, thanks Ian
Will have to think about something for the rear as well eventually, has anyone fitted a camera to a car that has privacy glass? If so is the picture ok?
