you may need to replace the battery , not saying 100% you would have to but if its the original then its coming up 7 years old according to your profile at least get it checked out
as for your faults they would need to looked at and cleared you need to find someone with the kit to do that i can but dont get to horsham that often .

If you go for a drive the faults should clear its just your battery is very low, as Goeff says you might need a new one..

More questions than answers.
How do you know it IS fully charged?
Did you disconect the vehicle cables before charging?
Have you used something like a Cetec charger in the recondition mode ?
How clean are the battery terminals?
All can contribute to battery seeming unwilling to charge. A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

Some chargers do nothing but put 14+ volts across battery.
The Cetec type goes through a sequence of different ways of charging (such as constant current and later constant voltage) to ensure battery is charged to its maximum capacity. Also has a reconditioning charge mode which can often get an ailing battery back to cloae to 100% condition. A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill.
