Removal of panel below steering wheel?
Hey guys,
How do I get the cover panel off under the steering wheel? I'm needing to get to the back of the OBD port to see how I can connect my Garmin EcoRoute inside the dash. Also need to find another female ODB port to piggy back on the current one!"If you want to go fast, go alone...If you want to go far...Go together!"
Pull hard on the top edge and it pivots towards you, then remove it. The lower edge is held in by tabs in slots, so once the top is released just lift it out.I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Its funny.....anytime I lose one,a quick hunt on the floor of the car usually turns up a couple of escapees from a previous foray under some trim.... "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...
