That happens on the MY11 D4 as well. I think it has been explained on these boards before and is not a fault. I dont know if it still happens with the 8 speed box though.

........Yes it does mate, and ten times worse on the 8 speed, try doing a search on the D4 forum.

My power loss was fixed by a new corrulator switch.
Landrover are aware of faulty batches on this.
The fault occurs because it thinks the brake is being used, so the electronics will not let a toe&heel operation occur.
It could also be caused by big feet touching the brake pedal at same time as trying to move off, and you can get it to develop the same symptoms if you do this D4 Landmark MY16 Santorini Black THE LAST

Had my brake switch sorted when I took it to dealers and it is 10x better now, although I do tend to not be in so much of a hurry on roundabouts and junctions!
