Didn't know you could order online and pick up from local store, I popped into my local store but they didn't stock it.
Gary c , not sure about the cleaning, lube side of the super diesel fuels, they have a Cetane booster in them, which give more power from the same amount of fuel, I think it works out about the same cost wise between super diesel or 2stroke oil, depends on the price for the 2stroke,

Fb, fc are mineral oil and possibly the odd fd
Fc and fd are also in semi and fully synthetic
You want fc in either mineral or semi but not fully synthetic it won't mix and burn properly

The price is usually a good guide, if it makes you wince its probably fully synthetic , if it's dirt cheap it probably mineral jaso- fb.
One would assume that is the case but it's worth checking.

I tried that as well, but mine didn't stock it either. If you order on-line they will send you a text saying when it arrives instore ready for pick up

Hi DaveT
the reference to Yamahafan comes from the Freelander2 forum. www.freel2.com
Yamahafan is a german lawyer with extensive experience/expertise in litigation between the automotive and petro-chemical industries.
Read her posts and you will be amazed by her level of knowledge.
And yes using it in the 300tdi is highly recommended. Dosage in Europe is 500ml per 100lt diesel. Here you can use Jaso-FB or Jaso-FC grade 2sO. EX AFRICA SEMPER ALIQUID NOVI

Just been out and done about 10 miles, and it's started easier, quieter, better on the fuel and faster.
