Where does it plug into (receiver with cable) the Webasto directly or is it something on the CAN?
Assuming it will not work with D3 if its CAN connected...

I finally received a call on Friday from Landrover's Customer Relations to my question about the availability of VPLAX0060 as found on TOPIX. Quote: "This accessory kit is NOT currently available and will not be available for the foreseeable future". I asked why in that case the instructions are on TOPIX. The reply was an apology for misleading everybody and that these instructions should not have been placed on TOPIX by Landrover! I just looked and oddly they are still there!
Still, at least we have an 'official' answer to my question, the subject of this thread at the outset.
Thank goodness we have some reliable independent installers in the country! Clearly you can't rely on Landrover to get anything right.

All fitted and working by Geoff. Many thanks, you got there in the end despite the software issues. Thanks also to Pete at Bellservices for helping out and tech advice.
Now we need to get on with developing some bushes to sort out the chassis issues.
