Can Xenon lights be plugged straight into a Disco 3
Hi, I have a discovery 3 XS the car has halogen lights (does not have the projectors with xenons), I have seen a set of xenon lights with the projecters on ebay for sale but can they be pugged straight into my car or do I need a power booster or somthing like that? Cheers

you may need to get the CCF updated to stop them from flickering

Had xenons on my S, the flicker was only for a few seconds and easy to live with.

Just wondering if anyone can confirm this is okay the other way around for example temporary swapping your xenon adaptive for a basic halogen? Just don't want to start blowing fuses if not?

Now that's deffo worth getting the CCWhatsit file fixed. I put my halogens in SWMBO's SE (originally xenons) and it was blowing a bulb every few months, something my S never did.

What do you mean by flickering? like they flicker for 5 seconds when you turn them on then the flicker goes away?
