faultmate MSV2 ECU error

Hi

Got my MSV2 Extreme today and run likes always.
Communication between vehicle server and pc seems ok, but get communication error when trying to communicate with ECU's.

Did also get another message "VSE 024 ECU ERROR",

Any ideas to help me what´s wrong????

You may get a better reply from BBS admin on the support forum. I assume you have thelatest software installed and the software modules updated on the server ?

Yes I have the lastest version and I t worked fin during yesteday morning, but I run again in the afternoon and then I have this error Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

Have you got the car on charge when your working with the FM if your battery is not a good one then you need power while your using your FM.

try a "hard" reset" , and try again with your MSV2........... Marco.

Leave shorted cables together for a minimum of a minute to discharge capacitors etc.

try this................... Marco.

Are you running Windows 7 if so make sure you run VE as admin...

This is firts tiem I see this error, never before......I posted also in Blackbox supported forum......and I hope I will have any solution.

I will try the hard reset, but as last solution.

Flack, no, running under XP, friday morning works ok, friday afernoon failed.
