Mantec are great if you have no winch, the LR one is winch only unless you want to fabicate some new brackets (CMIIW). Mantec one puppies privs, however I may be biased.

LR one is designed to fit with the LR winch kit is made by Mantec anyway but only sold through LR. It will fit without the brackets by using bolts and washers instead just like the non-winch one does but you will have to cut some plastic away (which you'd have to do to fit the winch kit anyway), I had mine fitted that way before we fitted the winch. The End
