Thanks Koos. Any exhaust place?

Steves Auto Clinic quoted R1,000????

Any performance issues? Is your D3 still standard or mapped? Steves recon that the car will probably need to be remapped

Baben, what is you take on all of this

No need to remap the remap, just enjoy crisper power supply, best I could get a complete down pipe for was £90,fitting did involve removing gearbox cross member and complete exhaust! 2 hours later all fitted! Will be keeping old pipe in safe place seeing they dissapear just as fast as Toyota fTunas, might need to put back for next years MOT Big Cry
A few mods... and keeping it all running...Faultmate MSV2

South Africa 2015 Discovery 4 3.0 SDV6 SE Auto Corris GreyDiscovery 4

I had my cat cut out this morning. The Exhaust Man in Laser Park behind Ferreiras Honeydew. Cost R260.00. There seems to be a bit more noise but opposed to replacing a blown turbo, I'll take a little more exhaust noise.

I am contemplating taking out the cat in my V8.
wouldnt mind a little bit more music from the engine. Far too quiet at the moment.
Is there a noticable benefit? Is it likely to be a lot louder?
I expect mine is quite blocked being a 2005 model.

Don't do it on the V8 petrol engine unless you will fit a system to manage the lamda sensors. A few guys have decatted and are now running rich with reduced power.
