you dont know if theres a way to reprogramme the keys do you?? the car has been standing for 10 months so lost all the settings. the keys still start the engine but dont lock the doors. any ideas? thanks

More than likely the batteries are flat ..
You need give the car a good run to charge back up the batteries in the remote . G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

I'm having trouble with the can bootloader and wondered if u can help its just got up on the screen HLDF CAN BOOTLOADER Waiting to start Download. Ive been told your the man to speak to.

New to the site but was wondering if wiggs could sent me the link for solving the HLDF CAN BOOTLOADER error message? I will gladly make a contribution to the site . Rather you guys than the stealer  . SN does the disc work just for Land Rover Discovery or will it solve the problem for Range Rovers too? Thanks in advance

Works with sport / range rover and discovery ... As long as you have touch screen ( about 2005 onwards )

Hi,I'm new on here, 
I have a 2005 Discovery TDV6 Hse,
I am getting the same message 'HLDF CAN BOOTLOADER WAITNG FOR DOWNLOAD' on satnav screen.
any help fixing would be appreciated

Hi Wiggs,
Many thanks for the link. 
I downloaded and wrote the file to dvd at 4x,
turned ignition to 1 and inserted the disc,
i can hear the dvd spinning up,then it stops and the screen message stays the same,
is there a chance it could be something else that is causing it or can i have written the disc wrong?

i would try it at 2x if you can ..the slower the better G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

My dvd writer has a min speed of 4x,
I am in Todmorden,
do you know anywhere in the Manchester area that may have a disc and be able to install for a fee?
