Storage for removable tow hook?
Ive just bought a hook, and wondered if there is an designed place to store this in the car when not in use?

Jumble
Yes there's a polystyrene one that fits in the rear cubbyhole. Give TLO ( the large one ) a call. Think mine was fairly cheap but a git to fit !

In my car the polystyrene part was not fitted.
I think in my dad's car there is a plastic hook on the bottom of the left cubby box in which the hook clips in.
I keep mine just lying about in the cubby box, along with some (well, some may not be the right word) other loose parts like extra number plate, jumpstart cables, blanket etc. No poly insert means more space for other stuff .

Depends on if you have a 5 or 7 seater model.
From the owners manual:
But it wont fit inthe cubby hole if you have rear AC
ah...but if its a D4 HSE it doesnt have rear ACBREXIT - done properly.

D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
Morris Minor..original DIPSTICK technology..and a real KEY.

Beg to differ
This photo is from my old D3 HSe which had Rear aircon.
must have been a tight fit though as the void it goes into is a narrow fit
.....the point I was making theres a huge amount of space spare if you dont have the rear AC option
& D4's dont
This bugs me & has held me off updating my D3...BREXIT - done properly.

I have not had my D4 HSE long, but I have not really missed the lack of rear air con even when I've been seated in the third row seats.
