Warrantywise

Hi
I am buying a 2008 Disco3 with 45,000 miles.

I've been looking for a warranty and from what I can see warrantywise seems good.

I've got a quote for three years for £1835 with platinum cover inc upto £8000 single repair limit and an increase in the £1000 for airbags, multi media, air conditioning and MOT failure.

Does this price seem good/okay? Is £8000 single repair limit reasonable, should I go lower/higher.

Finally, does anyone have any recent warrantywise experience?

Unnecessary quote removed

When I got my d3, it came with WarrantyWise Silver cover. When one of my EGR's failed, they not surprisingly rejected it, but it did take then a fairly long time to say so. However, I upgraded to Platinum when it expired for a very good price. Fingers crossed that I dont have to use it, but we shall see if Platinum is worth it. I did not include the multimedia option, but full dealer rates. "...I'm so broke I can't even pay attention..."

Have a search through my posts for my experience with Warrantywise! At somewhere near £100 an hour labour, £8K won't go far, my recent experience cost me £9207, and half of that was at a specialist at £35 an hour and using used parts, not at dealer rates and new parts.
