Decat pipe & engine management

I put my decat pipe on last night from B.A.S all seemed fine until engine got back up to temperature and now anything more than half throttle then it just sends it into limp mode and comes up engine failure on the dash, I have got a twisted performance remap running.

Any ideas otherwise just going to put the cat back on tonight!

Is it just when you boot it, or just when it gets warm? If its the former, what's your intercooler like? Mark.
