Signature duly changed!
I'm not sure about aftermarket changes catweasel. I think it consists of a button on the dash for heavy loads, special valves on the wheels and a software update on the information centre so I would have though that your dealer could fit this for you.
When I get the car I'll update everyone on how it works if that helps.

There will also be a receiver in each wheelarch, the 2007MY harness will probably be different from the 2005/6MY to accomodate this, can't see it being a seperate overlay

I've probably got the wrong end of the stick but I was lead to believe that the receiver is part of the valve which is different on cars fitted with TPMS and that you either have a special valve or a sensor in the wheel.
I don't know about harnesses etc. That's all I've been told by the dealer.
I spoke to the guy in service about retro fit of the other things I have ordered on 2007MY when I was considering a 2006 MY and was told the following.
Privacy glass - £400 from the dealer but not as good as factory fitted.
Locking diff - Not available aftermarket
TMPS - (Didn't ask sorry)
Hybrid TV - £1194.64 fitted (parts not yet available for delivery)
Hope this makes sense

Yer, Cheers Oliver, I understand the TPMS transmitters to be fitted in modified tyre valve stems with receivers fitted in each wheelarch, these also emit an inductive field to provide power to the sensors, much in the same way as RFID tags so beloved by supermarkets...
I've not seen the wiring diag. yet but it's unlikely to be an aftermarket-fittable option, yes, it can be done, but probably not in a financially viable way

Oliver, the TPMS does have a receiver in each wheelarch and a transmitter in each valve stem, the control unit is also fitted above the headlining (no space anywhere else I guess ) so it's unlikely to be retrofitted...
on another point, the TV operational instructions are here: http://www.ownerinfo.landrover.com/extfree...vision.pdf

Cheers TFC. I sounds like quite a complicated bit of kit then. I just hope it all works
