United Kingdom 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 S Auto Rimini RedDiscovery 3

Strange isn't it, all week the car had been sounding rough (hence the start of this thread), though today it's been sounding fine all day. Only thing I can think of is that the weather has been warmer - not that that should make any difference.
As for JE - I'll talk more in a separate thread about that...

Weather definitely makes a difference, mines better in cooler (but not too cool) conditions, around 20°C seems pretty good.
I have a theory about it being related to the intercooler, with the winch on airflow to the intercooler is restricted a bit (been pondering how to improve it) so, as I seriously think it'd make a big difference to the TDV6 (not just ones with winches)...... JE..... bigger intercooler please Very Happy Though due to it's location that's not going to be an easy or cost effective job but what about (if such a thing is possible) a second intercooler installed somewhere more accessible?
