Just to add to the snow feedback...
I had the stock Wranglers on earlier this year when snow last hit Kent and whilst they were okay, the car did slip around a bit on the hill that is our road (no plough or grit). With this latest dump and the ATs, the car feels so much more sure footed in the new snow, and much tighter on the compacted stuff post plough. Indeed, we were able to go anywhere we wanted today whilst others in D3s with road tyres slipped around a bit. They still got there, but perhaps with a few brown marks... Of course, I also have brand new AT tyres and am comparing them against worn road tyres, but the difference is much more than just that.
So, they have passed the heavy rain test, and now the snow test (we have about a foot of the stuff), and I am feeling even more comfortable about the purchase. Yes, there is still a little more noise than the stock tyres on tarmac at B road speeds, but that is a small price to pay for everything else they deliver.D3 - 2008.5MY HSE, Stornaway Grey, RSE etc - all the toys
