Andrew don't apologise here ... I've read NICKNICK's other posts and there is clearly an agenda to antagonise. Yes we are all entitled to an opinion .......and this is mine 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

I don't really car what anyone thinks about it. I love my D3 and think it's the best car available today!
BTW, does anyone have an easy method of removing insects, greenies etc from the bullbar??Have a nice day!
2010 Cayenne Diesel with PASM & Off Road Pkg
2005 HSE D3 (Sold)
I use my car as tool to get men and equipment to the top of mountains one day and believe it or not to an ASDA loading bay the next day. There is no other vehicle that will eat motorways then eat mountains and do both with the utmost of ease. I hear what you are saying but if you don’t want a 4x4 why did you buy one. Please don’t think I am having a 'go'
don't worry about having a go.
I don't need a 4x4, what I need is the best car that can seat 5 in comfort (and more on occasion). The Disco 3 as we all know is THE best at this, bar none.
As a new 4x4 owner I am overly defensive & sensative to the criticism of (mainly ignorant) colleague's to having a big 4x4. I have even gone carbon neutral (see other posts on this although would add the car sticker is very small), however the key point I am trying to put over is that as a car the Disco 3 can be defended based solely on its on road ability. Other 4x4 can not be, and I bracket the Disco 2 in this catagory (sorry all former Disco 2 owners).
I would add that whilst I have never needed to off road, if the opportunity for some green laning did occur I would jump at chance knowing I have best 4x4 available.
Peace and love

Jamo, rubbing forcefully with a freshly captured rambler seems to work OK - if you don't have them over there, i'm sure we can round some up and ship them out to you!

so let me get this right, you are sensitive to comments/criticism about your choice of vehicle but have no qualms in ridiculing others as to their choice of vehicle and state you are ok with doing that. weird? try putting your brain into gear before engaging your mouth and stop free revving

classic trolling IMHO
Who, other than a troll would put their occupation as an accountant (which has now changed to 'insolvency manager') even if they were, it's not something they'd admit to!!
