Is my battery on the way out.....
Going to do a battery/alternator check done today, however have experienced the following issues.
Weak starting
Trip counter going back to zero
Left battery on trickle charge for over 24 hours with no difference this morning
Any advice and what is the recommended battery code for our vehicles....(unfortunately I am not one of the majority with a diesel)

At 5 years old I'd say yes, your battery is on the way out and it's the same battery for petrol and diesel I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Don't forget to ask for your Allegence discount as your car is over 3 yrs old, assuming you source it from a main stealer. Case of don't ask, don't get! Plus battery will have 3 yr warranty.

Do you know what the battery code is as one of my friends as a petrol station and has a good relationship with his wholesale battery supplier.Discovery 4 HSE Lux - Second time around

Get what you pay for. A £54 battery will need replacing a lot sooner.I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Another reason to purchase from your LR dealer is when replacing the battery they can, if need be reset warning lights etc and fault codes that could be causing issues when the battery has gone.SOLD - 23my Range Rover Sport D300 Dynamic SE
