I apprecaite how well documented the problems are on here. Mine wouldn't release this morning, and the red and yellow warning lights were on the screen and one or both of them were flashing with the park brake fail message. Turned car off and back on again and it released as normal. Got to work, put car in neutral and put the handbrake on to make sure it was holding and working properly. Made a clicking noise when putting itself on, and then creeped forward making the clicknig noise as it moved.
Spoke to my local dealer who are going to order a modulator, and I have been told to leave the vehicle in park and not use the handbrake anymore. The modulators are not available next day at the moment, so got to wait until they get one in. Car is out of manufacturers warranty, but bought it 7 weeks ago from a different dealer so have 12 months warranty with the car.
Hopefully this isn't the start of problems. Other than that, absolutely love the car. It's great.
