Will speak to the stealer (service dept prob best, they owe me a favour or 6), then have to decide if that info can be passed on to "her indoors". Don't really have a good reason to know, but I feel a bit of an obsession coming on so better nip it in the bud by finding out!

I find that in my profession the best clues are from the seat belts, the tailgate struts and if im really struggling, the wiring loom.
Everything on ours dates to an end of January 06 build BUT it does have one window which is dated 2004.
This goes against everything ive been taught. Mind you, it would be a good way of identifying it if it was ever stolen and given a new identity.
