Speeding ticket response
Why do they make it so difficult tp reply
Hands up, my missus was caught doing 36 in a 30 zone in the "Pug"
The "Pug" is registetred in my name, so I get the Notice of Intended Prosecution, but no where on page 2 does it give me the option to reply stating that I was not driving the F*****g thing at the time the camera went off
Is it me being Gimpy or has others had the same problem with this form ?

Some F**kwit at HQ has now written to me twice to inform me, "It clearly states on page one under 'your legal obligations and options' "
Does It F***. Well if it does, I cant see it and have now read it 16 times. I will take to the "Bar"later, see if any one else can find it ?

I was under the empressintion, that you do not have to tell who was driving.
It is up to them to prove you were.

One of my customers said i was driving his car and i had to prove it wasnt me even though he could not prove it was.
His wife had to convince him to tell the truth before i found him.
Couldnt believe it was so easy for him to pass the blame.

It will be on the form. If you don't answer them you could get done under s.172 IMHO

Once you have negotiated the NIP, if she gets the option to take a speed awareness course, I would recommend it. It's not a waste of time -- she could learn something useful, and avoid the fine/points.Mark...

One thing I learned is never sign the form even if they send it back saying you haven't signed it
If they request you sign it they have to formally caution you as it could be used in court"Never keep up with the Joneses. Drag'em down to your level. It's cheaper".
