I have the same issue - I got one of the last ones but it does not fit my Clarke Quick Lift jack (shaft too fat) - so it sits in my garage unused and unlovedSteve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)

Neil - here's the requirement for the Clarke CTQ3000QL - making the lug be 25mm in diameter should do it

Note - right now I'm not interested in buying one - I have ANOTHER bigger jack and generally I get younger, less unfit mates to swap my wheels around Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)
25mm will be too big Steve, needs to be the inner diameter of the thread (outer diameter of the thread in the saddle) which is 23.5mmThe End

25mm was the diameter of the END of the saddle rod not the external thread max (i.e. same as inner thread) - as the first 5-6mm slides in before the thread bites
I did stick my tape across the 'hole' and it also seemed to be about 25mm - as you've stuck a gauge in yours to get a deadly accurate measurement then I defer to you.
But I'm going back out to the garage to double check.... (whilst on works conference call )Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)
Count me in...Hope I'm not too late...Cheers Ian
