I thought we did that with Tesco and DSL nearly bankrupted them I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

I've got the policy documents now and all seems fine except that I've noticed that John got £0 excess which I missed asking for (mine's £50) and 13th months - again I missed that.
Based on my mileage I could probably have taken the top level of cover as well.
Fingers crossed now.
As ronp says, I see on the policy document that they offer £20 for a referral (which I didn't know when I made my offer).
Anyway, maybe the next person contacting them for a quote would like to try negotiating a group offer for their benefit and those that follow.
Seems you were right John, I am now being offered Luxurycare rather than Extracare.
The difference seems to be that with Luxurycare there is a list of exclusions, everything else is covered, with Extracare, the listed items are covered.
I'm now going through the lists of items to determine whether teh additional cost of the Luxurycare is justified.

Got a claim going through with Warranty Direct at the moment. Suspension issue and (I think) rear ARB bushes. All seems to be going smoothly so far. Car going in to Duckworths tomorrow. Will keep you posted as to how I get on. WD have been very helpful and pleasant on the phone so far in terms of preparing documentation and guiding through the process. I'm aware that a warranty's only as good as it pays out - so let's hope it does!

Just an update. Car went into Duckworths - excellent service yet again (see Dealership Feedback section). It wasn't making the cluncking noise when they tested it, and after a thorough check on the suspension components, they're very happy that there are no problems and no 'play' in any of the components.
Will post again if I ever need to claim.

No problem
Get it while they're hot! Didn't disco3.co.uk kill the Tesco warranty with the numbers that took it up?
