I love this forum, you guys are great. Everyone has something useful.
To be honest I'm not looking for roof rack accessories as I don't have a rack yet, but I was just gobsmacked at how much they were.
How much should I expect to have to shell out for a roof rack, I like the Land Rover one but I've seen that at over £500, is that what I should expect to pay, do they get flogged off 2nd hand at all?D3 HSE MY05 Auto

Having had a G4 style one (sold ait a few ago to Jambo). If I every went for another full sized rack I'd probably go for a FrontRunner - they're stronger and less bulky - so easier to handle for mounting/removing and the smaller profile means less wind resistance/noise IMHO that is LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

Thanks Glen.
Got it from Wiberg-Wiberg. They suddenly phoned me, and told that they had found one for me. I will have it in 2 days. I hope its not too difficult to fit the rails.

The rails are easy to fit as they just screw into the captive nuts with the screws provided. If you have the opening roof, make sure you use the spacers that are also supplied, otherwise you run the risk of damaging the roof glass.Have a nice day!
