| LR.... I mean Disco 3 shared parts? |

I used to work as a tech at a Ford dealer and ownd an 03 Explorer before the LR3. I was wondering if anyone knows how much parts sharing is going on between the new Exploders and the Discos. I did take a quick look under one (disco) and thought for sure that something like the rear diff would be the same (because they share basically the same tranny minus a few bits) but the diff was made out of iron while the explorers are aluminum. A random question I know, just curious.
