Went to fill up this morning and could not get the fuel flap to open.
Was down to a range of 9 miles and was about 50 miles from home. So I rang Land Rover assist, and asked if there was a knack to opening the fuel flap.
The girl on the other end of the phone seemed to know exactly what to do.
Push in flap, lock the car with the fob, while keeping flap pushed in, then press unlock on the fob twice, all while keeping flap pushed in.
Worked no probs.
The fact that she knew what to do suggest to me that it is not an uncommon problem.

If it's really stuck, the other way to release it is to put your hand into the void in front of where the jack is stored and pull the emergency release cable 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
