| Fuel Cap - ( Not flap ) - Knackered. |

Went to fill up with diesel this morning and found I could not get the cap off... absolutely solid. 
Gave it a really good twist and the top of the cap came off in my hand ! The actual screw in bit was still
on the filler hole thingy... whatever you call it.
The dealer is just down the road but my fuel light had been on for a while so I didn't want to risk running out. Fortunately with the assistance of a duster I managed to free the screw in bit and I put some diesel in.
Now I know I have been seen to post a few comments about the Pentland Land Rover dealers (really to do with their sales side) but I phoned up service and they said just bring it down right away and we will sort it out. Keith at the front desk could not have been more helpful.
20 minutes later, new cap, on warranty.
Happy  Something that doesn't drink diesel and doesn't cost a bloody fortune everytime it needs serviced / fixed. But hey ....I got a deal from the leasing company on my D3 that you guys can only dream about !
