Yes, I know, but even at the lowest setting it is still too sensitive.

Land rover can set the sensitivity, and this is also possible with faultmate. 3-flash indicators came as standard after about 2008 I think - you touch the indicator stalk once and the indicators flash 3 times
if you complete your profile, we can provide more informed answers based on your model year, engine type and specification

disco3, instrumentation, instrument pack high line 6, CCF, rain sensor sensitivity
I changed mine 1 step and it dind't make much diffs. 2 steps and now its great. I think the new windscreen was the issue, seeing as the sensor is part of the screen. Most are set to level 1 I think
do you need a training course? R1500/hour will cover it

Hi Louis, and welcome to the forum.
On the HSE you already have the electronic gadgets that we can enable, so with the
Faultmate, we can do:
Read & clear fault codes
Suspension calibration (with or without height increase/decrease)
3 flash turn signals (dependant on year model)
Use reverse lights for "Landrover" button on keyfob & follow-me-home
Daytime driving lights (great for dark cars)
Service Interval display (reminder of days and km remaining before next service)
Rain sensor sensitivity adjustment
Clock on dashboard display ('05, '06)
And of course we can perform a TorqTune remap to wake that engine up, combined with an ITG filter to make her breathe easier
Search on "torqtune" in the africa forum, and you will be able to read about all the satisfied clients. Pricing depends on the mix of products and services. Have PM'd you some info[/quote]

I'd definitely recommend the ITG filter and the Torqtune . Also maybe look at blanking off the EGR valves

Thanks a lot guys. One thing I forgot to mention is that the Disco is still under motorplan/warrantee, will that be an issue if I take it in for a service, with some of the 'mods'?

Technically yes , but they never found any of mine . The only thing I did was put the std filter back before servicing. The tune is difficult to find / prove and ditto with the EGR blocking , unless they need to work on the motor . They might comment on how well the car goes , but just smile and shrug your shoulders while giving them a big and

Hi Baben,
My D3 has suddenly developed a suspension fault, had the car at LR Bedfordview, and they tell me with no fault lights on, theres not much they can do. I don't believe this.
On Thursday travling to work I had a double bong, Red suspension warning light, and Msg "Suspension Fault, Max 30Km/h", car dropped down to bump stops, and seems like system reset and returned to Normal height, warning light goes off. All in a matter of about 30 seconds.
The same happend on the way home, nothing when I took it to LR B/View on Friday morning, but happend twice in the space of 1 KM after leaving LR, and a total of 5 times on the way home in a span of 10 Kms.
The steering is cantered over to the right in straight line, and the car is now also 20mm higher on the drivers side in access mode and normal mode, also notice on the 4x4 info screen the right front is slightly lower than normal, and seems to sink badly on the display when under hard braking, and left hand cornering.
Surely there should be some kind of DTC's logged for LR to check out.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Disco4 SDV6 HSE 2013, Faultmate MVS2.

Starter battery was replaced about 8 months ago, and I have a dual battery monitor installed, so I can see there's no problem with the battery.Disco4 SDV6 HSE 2013, Faultmate MVS2.
