Hi Richard
Apart from the fault codes (don't know what we will see, especially on your vehicle ) that will take about 1 hour once we get started.
Have sent you details on the PM (although we should not waste db space just saying "you have PM ")

Baben, thanks for enabling the 4x4 info screen & off-road navigation on my SE It somehow gives me great satisfaction to see the extra button on my navigation screen . if its there it should be enabled!
The faultmate is an interesting gadget. Certainly a must have for going into darkest africa.. I'm also happy to know that my D3's compressor is in 100% condition thanks again.
Now only if I read the service report before I left the stealers. there is a note stating that the rear diff is noisy at low speed. Been driving with climate control off to listen but I'm not sure if the noise was there al the time. Not realy sure what to make of that comment. I don't think it will fail catastrophically, but am wondering if I now have limited milage left on the rear diff.
If I read it before driving to you guys I would have solicited opinions.

.
My experience - LRSA replaces diffs at the drop of a hat - not sure if your D3 is still under warrant - get it done if it is Erstwhile - D3 S '07. Dual battery system. Upgraded tow hitch. Mantec skid plate. Frontrunner rr. Tmax double headed built in compressor
Defender TD5 110 CSW '00. "With everything"
