Width of a Disco 3?
I know what it says in the brochure and website but can somebody measure theirs with the wingmirrors folded. I don't think it is as wide as 2,190 mm.06 Bonatti Grey HSE, Ebony Interior with Privacy Glass & Rubbing Strips.

According to the LR web site it is 2009mm.
The width of my garage door frame 2006mm, I haven't tried to see if it will go in yet! Some say the glass is half full. Others that it is half empty. I say 'Are you drinking that?"

I have a similar access problem given that my drive is accessed by doors that are 2140mm wide. I am pretty sure the Disco will fit in given that a friend got his Land Cruiser Amazon in. Bit late for a test given I have just ordered the car.06 Bonatti Grey HSE, Ebony Interior with Privacy Glass & Rubbing Strips.

My drive is also very tight but it was the wing mirror to wing mirror measurement open that was my decider - being 3mm narrower than the last one, meant I could get it in - I always reverse my car on the drive so folding the mirrors wouldn't have been an option. The only problem is that the mirrors are about 9" higher than the old car and it is tricky to see the gate stumps half way down the drive I use as my guide.... Hope the garage is wide enough once you get it in there - don't forget - you've still got to be able to get out of the car, unless you have someone there who can let you out out of the boot!!!!

I had the garage built for me to be able to work on a car whilst inside it - internal width is 3.4m.
Stupidly I didn't think to specify a wider door - doh! Some say the glass is half full. Others that it is half empty. I say 'Are you drinking that?"

Same as me too! - my garage is 11ft across the top but the entrance is about 3 feet narrower - the previous owner had a big old Renault 25 and was a bit of fat knacker Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)
