Will any of you feel guilty about sending your business through one dealer? While dealers who may have expected local/return customers will miss out.

Just a thought probably because I'm sooo jealous Mr. Green

Well if you all do order one and collect from the same dealer (on the same day?) it will make for a cracking bit of PR Very Happy

I definitely want one but will wait until the initial rush dies down as prices are sure to fall, not much chance of a discount for the first ones out I reckon.

No. If dealers are expecting customer loyalty that then they need to earn it with the best prices and service The End

Just provoking discussion here but it's asking alot for a local dealer competing for one or two customers to be able to match the discounts that may be offered on what could be a deal worth over half a million pounds to the 'chosen franchise'. Whistle

Plus I doubt whether everyone involved in a group buy would return to that dealer for servicing.

TBH most dealers 'sales' and 'workshop' have to make their own profits so I doubt that they will care where the car comes from, and if they do they don't deserve the business.

I can hear pencils being sharpened in sales managers' offices up and down the country.....
I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Mine is at end of lease March 2010 Thumbs Up

Would travel for correct deal & spec.....

Does anyone 'in the know' have info regarding the accessories - I'm assuming expo rack/mantec/sidesteps/ladder are all transferable- and the good old 17"s will still fit...

Could be useful for one of the proposed dealers to offer a specicifc D3 Viewing day where we can all turn up and block up their car park to get a good gander at the new beast. Thumbs Up
When are the dealers expecting the first ones in the showroom?

The D4 will be available from 1st Sept. I am waiting to find out when the dealers will have one available. Looks like they will be selling like hot cakes.
