I see where you're coming from Cuz, it's a lot of dosh every month, plus £100 a week in fuel.
I absolutely love mine as it does everything I want bar go round corners sharpish, I couldn't think of another car that would cover all the bases, however, I could probably make do with an S4 (mate picked a year old model up for 26K!!!) and a van for fishing, but
a) you can only drive so fast
b) I'd slit my wrists driving a van, even to the local pond
c) My D3 is so damn good.
d) sod it, it's only money.
e) I've got a fireblade
f) the kids would kill each other in a "Normal" car
g) the dog likes it
h) Mrs BCC likes it
i) Going for some nosh but I'll think of some other reasons why I need my D3 later
60 hours by lunchtime Friday, so I can go and get drunk in the woods. Yup, leaving early on Friday, so part time it is I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

I heard talk in Luxembourg about a price crash in Range Rovers, particularly because they were a favourite of Icelandic bankers, who have had to go home sharpish when they ran out of their clients' money. But there's no sign of a crash in D3 used prices on the big German car sales sites. There are some standard specs here posted under quite high prices given current circumstances: http://www.auto.de/search/findoffer/searchtype/extended/page/1

so have decided to make the D3 a little less lairy and more suitable for comfy cruising again so have removed most of the toys, Rack, sill guards, winch,RAI,ladder, mantec plate from the pic below:
This is how she looks now, just putting all the platic trim parts back on over the weekend...couldnt help myself with one mod though, 20"V spokes
Have had no issues with any balance or steering problems and she now drives so quiet again...forgot how much racket they make with all the bits on!!
At least now when i go in to part ex at the dealer it will appeal to a broader audience i hope"you cannot teach stupid people to do clever things"
