Slightly related to the topic - anyone upgraded there horn to one with more 'effect' and that would be willing to tell me how?
The Hella Twin Supertone Horn Kit looks interesting, but how much, from where and can an idiot like me fit it?
The current horn did not seem to grab much attention when I really needed it!!

I love it when 10's past comes back to haunt him. Have you had the pleasure of a lift from 24Sqn?I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Getting the alram to use the horn instead of the sounder
Guys
Try this link for the walk through on using your horn instead of the alarm sounder:

17' of red Coleman plastic.. paddles not essential
On the 2 previous cars I have owned (Jaguar and Volvo), there was a delay of a couple of minutes after locking before the alarm was fully armed. Could this be the same on the Discovery, hence the 2-3 minutes of hand waving before the alarm went off?Too much intellectual firepower can damage your common sense.
