To colour code or not....
I bought a set of arches of E-bay, so that I'd got a spare set for when the current ones got a bit scruffy.
Well, they are a bit scruffy now, so I'm swapping to the "new" spare set.
Do I have the scruffy ones colour coded? Has anybody got any pics of of a Black D3 with colour coded arches?
Not bothered about the risk of bramble rash etc, as it generally polishes out, and when it gets too bad, I would just re-paint them.
Ho hum......

Check out the picture Gallery here (sorry it's in the anti 4x4 sky story )
Pictures 8 & 9 are of Black D3 with colour coded arches I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

Depends in if you are likely to be getting them scratched as much as the ones you're replacing really.
Have a look in Wiggs gallery, he has colour coded the arches (I think!)
Personally I'm not bothering, but they do look good, Black with Extra Black Bodsys Brake Bible

I had all mine colour coded about 4 months after getting it .
Door handles , mirrors , boot handle , both bumpers , bottom sills and arches .
Personnaly i love it ...but not everyones taste .
Yes they do get scratched when off roading , but most of it polishes out
Make sure you rub them down before spraying to get rid of the bobbly effect ..unless of course you like that sort of thingG4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Black and silver models look good with colour coded arches but a bit pointless on mine as it's grey already
Is this a small man or large wheels

Now coloured coded silver is starting to grow on me. Having had a rufty tufty filthy grrrr of a D3 last time I am at a bit of a cross roads with this one - do I go the same way (ear is being bent not to I have to say) or go the shiny shiny route - the silver/privacy option is just gagging for it Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)
