been busy over the dark nights as works manic, employed more staff (what credit crunch) and way i look at things are: work like a madman throught the winter months and skive off and play golf in the summer months

off to Glasgow tomorrow so wont even think about starting it shall let you know how i get on, will tackle it next week, or chum my m8 at the local garage to do it.

A few months back when my D3 had its 2nd service I noticed this problem and dealer replaced something in the selector mechanism without hassle, I understood it to be more than lubrication.
