I got to be honest I did'nt know this either. So in a flick through the lines can anybody confirm the following?
1. Will the Expo fit directly to my HSE rails
2. ANy need for the LR crossbars I Have already
3. The front supports, does it mean under the black rubber trim the holes are already there
4. Many thanks in advance
Hoping to pick up my new Expo from Nick soon, so anybody needing a D3 Courier service back to SE let me know.

Should fit straight onto rails, the holes should be under the plack plastic trim mine had little plastic caps that just needed prying off with a knife they had been painted over. No need for the crossbars.

Yes - you just might have to drill a hole in the trim

When I picked it up, I just bolted down the back 4 mounting points and I have to say, it's pretty solid. Been on the hwy driving 95mph and no wiggles at all, makes me wonder if the front points are really necessary. Anyways, when I brought it back home to finish up the install, I noticed the spacers were not included. Went to the local dealer and they do not have one in stock. For the member who made the spacers for the front mounting points before, could you tell me the exact dimensions you made it and the material that would be best for it? Thank you so much again!
