Guys I run a MY 07 and have had the blanks in now for +/-
20 000km with no prob's. But the loss of power as you describe
has bitten me twice in 20 months, all though fault codes were
found no solutions were suggested. It could be in my case that
the air temp's were between 25/35 C, once towing a loaded car
trailer, other loaded D3. The common factor was a mountain
pass, I tend to give it a little stick to maintain the speed limit
all the way up.I will pop it into command shift to hold the gears
and rev's then shift the gear change manually as per gradient.
This seems heat related and could be a thermostat. D3 bullbar-spots-roof rack with spots-ladder-long range tank-swing out spare wheel carrier- upgraded tow bar-dash console-internal water tank-duel awnings-drawer system & T T.

Only just spotted this had resurfaced last month, yes I'd also be interested in a pair.
AndrewW, if you are willing to do another groupbuy - why not stick a "gauging interest" post up and see how many takers you get? I'd be happy do it but I don't have a source for the plates themselves. LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

Basically they block-off the EGR pipe which via the EGR valve recirculates exhaust fumes into the inlet side to improve emmisions - and when they work they are good, when the fail, if it's in warranty fine, if not it can be expensive to get fixed properly and so the easiest way is to diasable them by blanking off and removing/diasbling the butterfly valve.
There's a better thread on how to do it on here, but I can't remember where and decided I'd search for it when I'm ready to install them in our motor.
Hope that helps. LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.
