EDIT
took out all jokes except last one; as I appeared to have offended someone

A man says to his wife "tell me something that will make me happy and sad at the same time".

His wife replies "You've got a bigger d1-ck than your brother"

I'm not easily offended - but my Kids have friends via the forum and often look over my shoulder at events, photos and to see where we are going next. They are sensible, pc savvy etc But open means it's open to all ages too Wink

as i said i didnt see the post, i agree a fine line with some things but should we all be adult enough to say i should not read anymore Question i have a young family and i am very protective of that, anyone enters my house without permission(read thief) will not walk out i am the same as every protective dad out there.
We all go to work go to meetings and meet people who say things we dont agree with every day.

But as a British person we have a sense of humor that the rest of the world do not understand.

Dg i am not taking anything away from you and your position to moderate, couldn't do it mysel.as i said i didnt see the post so maybe i am replying to something that would upset me,but as it was on a open forum i would walk away and ignore futher posts.
thanks for your reply we are all hopefully members of a forum of like minded people who are all decent people Whistle

My comments are general, not specific to this post. Rarely am I worried what my kids will see on here. At a camp they hear far worse Rolling with laughter

Rscue01 I totally understand what you are saying ....you would have to go a considerable distance before you offend me or I see something that I feel is offensive to me Wink But this is a family site and as Norto has pointed out rather more innocent eyes might be watching Wink

..you might be interested to note that the original poster, much to his credit, recognised that he had offended someone and edited his own post. Mods had no input. Thumbs Up

DG point made mate Thumbs Up

Norto,DG i would not let my children access this forum due to its content before i say it i think this is a great forum for me, as i can filter fact from fiction and bravado but i think you need to think about the posts that run to many pages that contain content that could be considered offensive and almost liable in terms of"sorting people out".As said i can filter this out and understand(read thief in my house) but to be holier than though should it not extend to the whole forum??

sorry if this offends people but its how i see it.

i like the forum and have gained alot and hope to have contributed as well.Just my thoughts.
