All,
Monday went by, so did Tuesday, Wednesday.... Nothing. I´m fed up with these people.
Have filed a complaint through E-bay.
it seems strange you have not got a response. I sent an email to them about the problem with the clips on sunday and they sent me a reply the same day and then sent me a full set of clips the very next day. I dont know why you are not getting the same service. Have you tried to send him an email direct like I did. ???

Have tried ALL addresses this man has (hotmail, E-bay, OESunShades...). Apparently I´m not the only one (check his feedback at E-bay).
I am now sticking to E-bay messages, as I have filed a dispute and need to keep all records thorugh them.
The man last wrote to me last week, apologizing and asking for my postal address again (third time I gave it to him). Promised I would receive my shades on Monday.
Before that he claimed delays at production....
I think they just don´t have the inventory and attend only to their close-to-home clients first (in the UK you can get to them faster than from abroad). This is speculation only, of course, as I have no idea what´s going on.
It is looking like a scam as time goes by.
It´s not the money. It´s not that I cannot be understanding. It is just that I do not like to be taken for a fool. A periodic phone call, updates, follow up, CUSTOMER SERVICE could have saved a lot of irritation.
Fact is, they have my money and I have no product, nor a credible guarantee that I will receive it.
IF I do receive the shades, what should I expect in terms of responsiveness if there is a faulty item or need customer service?
Why haven´t they show up here (as they did to offer their products) to set the record straight and sort things out?
Hinding behind their shades, I suppose.
Will let you all know how this works out.JL Martin

I bought a set and had them within 2 days - they are a great product - in fact I was one of the first to recommend them on this site.
It is distressing to see others feeling that they've been robbed !! Why don't they (OESunshades) just pull their finger out and get it sorted 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Does anyone have the phone numbers for this company (OESunshades)?
Their site is not working (displays a sign announcing new web site on april 25th...).
I want to talk to someone other than Mr. Taylor to see if I can get my shades delivered. One last try....
ThanksJL Martin

GOOD NEWS...HOPEFULLY
I was finally able to make contact (by phone) with this company. Spoke to a seemingly nice guy named Simon, who apologized about the whole situation and promised I should receive my shades within the next three days.
I got a food vibe from this gent, so I hope I finally get my purchase resolved.
I also suggested that someone from his company logged in here to clarify whatever problems they may be having for some members have spoken highly of their products and clearing their image would be in place. Hopefully they will.
At any rate, I´ll report back once the shades make it home.
For those of you waiting for your shades, or thinking about purchasing some, I would strongly recommend you call them direct.
Regards,JL Martin

I tried to buy some at a "Buy It Now Sale" on Ebay.
When I tried to pay using Pay Pal, I got the message "this member cannot accept payments".
I looked at all the feedback for the 3 ID's, and things look very iffy to say the least.
I don't understand why the situation is so inconsistent. People upset on one hand and complete delight on the other.
I want to speak to these people. Could somebody let me have their phone number.

I bought mine off ebay off this company, selling under the username sunshadesonline, and left positive feed back (colonelrodge) as I got them in two days. I think he's starting again with this username to build up a positive feedback rating for his company, as I think his other usernames had some negatives.
So basically if you buy from him, buy from that username and you should get them.

The OE Sunshades shop has been shut. The other name they were selling under has gone too.
I called them today. I spoke to a woman who said that I could buy directly by sending a chq. Obviously paying by cheque could go tits up, but I think I'll take a chance.
Maybe if it does go wrong we could send in a squadron of D3's to show our displeasure.
Seriously though, the phone number is listed earlier in the post. It's up to you.
cheers
