Discs
I've got the MOT coming up mid next month on my D4 and know my front and rear discs are both worn.
They are certainly not below the limit yet, but I want to change them before the MOT.
The Discs were worn when I first got the car, and I decided to try Britpart's Performance upgrade Drilled, Grooved, and Vented Discs:
Used with Brembo pads I've been really happy with their performance, they've done 47K miles and I'd probably get a few more if I wanted to, although the Grooves will probably bottom out soon.
I don't think I can moan about that at all.
If nothing else they look good through the wheels.
They are going to cost me @£240 in total to replace by the look of it, but before I order them I was wondering if anyone had any other recommendations.
Obviously there is the Terrafirma option at about the same price, but there must be others.
I don't want to go down the route of 6 pot calipers etc.
.Heaven doesn't want me, and hell is afraid I'll take over.

They have some kind of updated sport-ish disks, too, and they show up in the selector. No experience with those.
Price for me for two front and two rear disks is 168 eur inclusive VAT 25.5%, free shipping, via Autodoc.

I went with Terrafirma Discs and pads in the end.
I've had no complaint about the Britpart Vented, Drilled and Grooved Discs I previously fitted, but I'm sure the Terrafirma Vented, Drilled and Grooved Discs will be just as good.
They look identical except for a slightly different drill pattern, leading me to believe they are made in the same place.
The reason for chosing them was the excellent deal on them from Maltings via EBAY:

I ordered them Monday lunchtime and they rocked up Tuesday morning.
Fitted them this afternoon.
